Email and Password Requirements

K12JobSpot requires an email and password to access the system. Please review the requirements for each in the sections below, as well as recovery options.

Email Requirements

The system requires a valid email address as a first step during the account creation process.

Note: This email cannot match an entry that already exists in the system, and if an identical entry is detected, the system will issue an error message that prompts you to enter a different email.


Password Requirements

The password is case sensitive and must be at least 8 characters in length. Your entry must also include at least 3 of the following:

  • Lowercase character
  • Uppercase character
  • Numeric character
  • Special character

Credential Recovery

If you have forgotten your login information, please click on Sign In in the top right corner of the homepage.


A sign-in prompt will appear. Click the Forgot your password link.


The system will prompt you to enter the email affiliated with your account. Complete the information requested and click Send Email.


You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
